We accept payment by PayPal or Visa Card Only. Our payment is expected within 3 days after buying. If the payment is not received on time, your item will be re-listed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item location: Voronezh, Russian Federation. We shipping to worldwide, excludes: APO/FPO, Oceania, Antigua and Barbuda, Cayman Islands, Albania, Ukraine, Cape Verde Islands, Somalia, French Polynesia, Libya, New Caledonia, Guadeloupe, Venezuela, Reunion, Barbados, Martinique, French Guiana.

We send by Standard International Shipping Air register by Russian post with standard insurance 8$. Tracking number of shipment can be checked at Russian post site: https://www.pochta.ru. Duration 10 - 30 business days (depends on country). Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Usually this type of delivery is safe and secure but we will not be responsible for the any lost on shipping. We can send another type of delivery with full insurance, please contact us for the shipping rate.

All the taxes, import duties and other duties (if applicable) will be paid by buyer only. Your country's customs office can offer more details.

HANDLING TIME

We will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

COMBINE SHIPPING.

Orders over 300$ we don’t combine and sending only one item in one parcel. But you can make any single payments for several items. Orders before 300$ you can combine in one single parcel to save shipping cost starting from the date of your first win until 7 days later. No handling charges for each additional item. Please do not make any single payments if you want to combine. Single payments paid with shipping fee will ship immediately.

RETURNS POLICY

Items may be returned for refund within 14 days after you have received them. After we received your returned item(s), we will refund you by 100% of purchasing price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with original unbroken tags. We can not accept damaged items. For returning the item(s) please return through Registered Mail only.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Our photos, videos and description are very true and actual. Watch the video to see how the jewelry will look in real life, but remember that all natural stones do not shine in daylight diffused color, but shine under sunlight or under penlight, especially LED. For our opinion all jewelry looks much better in life than in our photos.

GEMS&COLORS

The gemstones in all our jewelry products are natural only. We do not use any synthetic gems. Color may not appear exactly as in real life due to variation between computer monitor, resolution and lights.
